FOR FOREIGNERS HOLDING BUSINESS VISA (‘B’)

Please Note:

•   VISA/Residential Permit is extendable by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India on a year to year basis for the foreigners holding Business Visa (B)

Please enclose the following documents for VISA/ RP extension 

Please furnish 2 copies each of: 

1. a) Residential Permit & 

b) Registration Certificate 


2. Photo page of your passport containing photograph and personal particulars

3. Visa page of your passport containing Indian Visa 

4. Receipt for having paid the VISA Fee for extension of VISA/RP

5. Financial Guarantee Affidavit issued by the business firm on Rs. 20/- Stamp paper attested by a Notary.

6. One of the following documents of the authorized signatory of the financial guarantee affidavit. 

a) Indian Passport 

b) Voters Identity Card 

c) PAN Card 

d) Extract of Bank Pass Book

7. Letter addressed to FRO from the business firm in Bangalore confirming the continuance of the foreigner’s business and the duration of business 

8. Memorandum of understanding (MOU) or any other document showing the terms and conditions of your business with the firm 

9. Company profile of the firm with whom you are in business 

10. Copies of the Income Tax Returns filed by the foreigner for the previous year.
