Extension forms will be issued at F.R.O’s office (1+3).

Foreigners should submit application along with the extension forms with full details and reasons for extension.

Adults should submit [5] photographs and children (minors) 3 photographs in case the photographs submitted previously have become old.

For proof of residential address, ration card or telephone bill should be submitted.

In case of Indian spouse, marriage certificate issued by the recognized government Registrar should be submitted in duplicate (two sets).

Foreign students coming on student visa should submit bonafide certificate of recognized institution along with HIV test certificate, bank account statement and rental deed. l

Foreigners coming on business visa should submit the RBI permission for the extension period.

Foreigners coming on employment visa should submit the employment agreement papers for the extension period.

The foreigners of the following countries are exempted from Visa fee

• Afghanisthan
• Bangladesh
• Sweden
• South Africa
• Poland
• Maldives
• Slovak Republic
• Mauritius
• Mongolia
• Argentina
