1 800 4250 100 is the number you can use freely to call for police help, pass on information about crime and criminals, suggestions for improvement of police community relations and any grievances regarding corruption among police or other highhanded actions. Your call will be recorded and followed up for action and you can get a feed back on actions taken.

Requirement of Police Personnel for manning the Toll Free Helpline.
20 Police Sub Inspectors for collection and response system are required to run in 3 shifts each. 6 Computer Knowing constables or technicians are required for collation component one police Inspector is required to act as incharge of Toll Free Number Helpline. Police Personnel willing to work at The Toll Free Number Helpline System may submit their representation to the following
