Davangere Traffic PS Cr.No.94/2009 u/s 279 304(A) IPC

On 2-7-09 at about 6-00 pm the accused driver Mohankumar drove his vehicle bearing number KA-17 R 6510 in a rash and negligent manner and deceased Honnamma who were crossing road near Shivkumar swamy Extension as a result the Honnamma sustained grievous blood injuries and later she died Bapuji Hospital. Hence a fatal case was registered.

On 3-07-2009 at 1300 hrs the complainant was standing near Mamata watch centre in shimoga raod the accused Veeranna s/o Hattikal Nagappa, lingayath by caste, Municipality councilor came there and assaulted by  filthy language and beaten physically on caste basis has belongs to A.K Caste and threatened to his life. Hence a sc/st case was registered.
