Health problem, one committed suicide.
A case of un-natural death is reported in Virajpet Rural Police Station. On 8-2-2010 at Chembebellur village one Raju (26) S/o Paniyeravara Appu, R/o Chembebellur village committed suicide by hanging at his home owing to health problem.
House breaking theft, Gold and Cash Stolen:
A case of house breaking theft is reported in Somwarpet Police Station. On 7-2-2010 at Iggodu village, when the complainant Cheluvaraju’s wife opened her almirah to wear jewels to attend wedding ceremony, she found Rs.5000 cash and gold jewels worth Rs.20000 were stolen. The complainant suspects that his neighbor Radhakrishna who is often coming to his house to watch TV might have committed theft.
Temple theft at Ghuya village.
A case of temple theft is reported in Siddapura Police Station. Today morning at Guhya Village the priest of the Aghasteshwara Temple who opened the door of the temple for pooja, found some unknown culprits gained entry into the temple by break open the door lock and committed theft of cash Rs.300/- which was kept in dumbox . Then informed about the incidence to the complainant P.C. Kushalappa, Chairman of the temple committee.
